Return Policy for Silk Pillowcases:
At Brindy Silk, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your silk pillowcase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
Details of our return policy:
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your silk pillowcase must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Only unused items qualify for a full refund.
Timeframe: You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@brindysilk.com with your reasoning behind the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all the shipping/ freight costs unless it was a result of a Brindy error. Please ensure that the item is adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
- If your return is rejected due to non-compliance with our return policy, we will contact you to discuss available options.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within the specified return timeframe.
- Non-Returnable Items: Please note; Hair accessories, scrunchies and hair brushes are FINAL SALE. Certain items are non-returnable, including items marked as final sale or used products.
